i found the hotel quite easy to reach. breakfast was complete and had various good options. the staff were pleasant, though they were obviously very busy. i loved the drinks and snacks in the room!
i noticed the cleaning could use improvement, especially regarding hygiene. i found no shampoo in the shower. the tea cup also wasn't clean, a bit of a letdown.

the staff carried my bags to the room! this made a huge difference to me. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it was better than a fancy cafe i visited. there were many places to sit and relax in the hotel.

A wonderful stay

The room included two double bedswith ample space for my family. I especially loved the little touches. Secret doors for elves and fairies added a magical element. We made good use of the heated indoor swimming pool. The reception offered extra tea, coffee and milk!
There was definitely noise . The noise levels in the bar area were a little HIGH. The children made plenty of noise. Maybe the hotel should consider this noise.

the room was super clean. the bed and pillows were very comfy! the breakfast service was very good. everything was hot and well stocked! the floor staff was hard working and friendly. the kitchen was obviously like a well oiled machine. everything was replenished quickly.
i would have liked more veggie offerings. there were not a lot of choices available.
